Roland Katavic- CEO
Roland Katavic has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years specializing in Residential & Light Commercial. He began his construction career as an apprentice carpenter in 1982. He has a vast background of knowledge, including supervision, estimating and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. Roland has personal-hands on construction experience as he has overseen all aspects of projects from the design and construction phase, to completion of numerous commercial buildings throughout Las Vegas. His superior knowledge, skills and abilities has earned him the position of CEO and a place on the Executive Board.
Roland is involved in many local and national associations including The Indoor Air Quality Association and The U.S. Green Building Council.

Joseph P. DiLeo- President
Joseph DiLeo served in The United States Armed Services and was awarded several medals and ribbons during his tours. He was honorably discharged for medical reasons after suffering multiple injuries. His company is currently registered with The U.S. Department of Defense as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and continues to conduct business with the government in the private sector. DiLeo then went on to finish his academic career at Florida Atlantic University before taking a position within The U.S. Department of Homeland Security. There he conducted explosive detection services throughout various locations in D.C. and Virginia for The Defense Intelligence Agency.
Joseph DiLeo’s experience in the construction industry encompasses more than a decade and numerous projects throughout the East coast and Nevada. After gaining his knowledge, skills and abilities with other firms, he founded AirPure General Construction, a division of AirPure Environmental Services, Inc., in August of 2007 and is President. DiLeo has started the company with 6 full time Associates. He installed the most current business practices (company is completely computer oriented with every office based Associate networked together). All supervisory crews are also equipped with notebook computers with full modem capabilities. Job cost, estimating, payroll, and accounts payable are totally interfaced in the company’s network.DiLeo encourages his Associates to attend industry related seminars; participation in local organizations; and opens the door to those who wish to continue their education in the construction field with the implementation of a company-wide program to provide financial assistance to his Associates for construction industry based higher educational opportunities.

Bruce Johnstone - Construction Manager
Specializing in Residential & Light Commercial, Bruce Johnstone has personal hands-on construction and development experience that encompasses more than 20 years in all facets of the industry. Bruce has personally maintained the oversight and completion of numerous residential and commercial projects in excess of multi-millions of dollars through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs. Versed in contract negotiations, sub-contractor selections, bidding, scheduling, project estimating, impending design problems, document preparation, building code and regulations, material purchasing, site management through certification of occupancy and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Ignacio Gonzalez- Director of Architecture
Ignacio has been responsible for a multitude of projects around the world over the last 22 years. He has designed hotels, convention facilities, casino’s, restaurants, office buildings, museums, speedways, custom residences and a multitude of their specialty projects. In-house staff includes complete architecture, interior design, and master planning capabilities. Frank Reppi, CE, PE- Director of Engineering
Reppi has a MA in Business Administration, a MA in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis and a BA in Civil Engineering. He is certified with the ASCE American Association of Civil Engineers. He is a Licensed professional engineer in California (#67361) in Nevada (#017281) and is a certified Consulting Engineer/Project Manager/Structural Designer. Reppi has designed and supervised several high-rise condos, multi-use, casino, and commercial projects. He communicates, coordinates and manages projects with clientele, architects, and contractors; pre-design project scheduling, structural design, building department submittals, and construction administration. He is responsible for supervision and training of junior engineers; including delegating budgets and deadlines, quality control review of structural calculations and plans prior to submittal. Created company standards and office organization protocol and procedures. Marketed and recruited projects through new and existing clientele. Carried out numerous field visits during construction to perform quality control of projects. Responsible for field issue resolutions with building officials and contractors. Prepared fix letters. Reppi’s knowledge, skills and abilities have earned him the position of Director of Engineering for our firm and is an integral part of our team.
